<p>ねっとり甘い「いも餅」を、簡単に作れるレシピをご紹介します。</p>



<p>レッドムーンは大量生産に向いておらず、スーパーではあまり見かけない珍しい赤いじゃがいも。<br><br>皮はさつまいものように赤く、中はほんのり黄色がかった色をしています。</p>



<p>その特徴は、なんといってもねっとりとした食感とやさしい甘み。<br><br>今回はこのレッドムーンの美味しさをいかして、シンプルで失敗しにくい「いも餅」を作ります。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc3">作り方</span></h3>



<p>①ジャガイモは洗って皮を剥き、ひと口大に切り水にさらした後よく水気を切ります。</p>



<p>②耐熱容器にジャガイモも並べて、ふんわりラップをして柔らかくてなるまでレンジで加熱します。</p>



<p>③柔らかくなったジャガイモを熱いうちに潰して、片栗粉、牛乳、塩を混ぜ粗熱が取れたら成形します。</p>

<p>④フライパンに油、又はバターを引いて、中火で両面焦げ目が付くまで焼きます。</p>

<li>中に明太子とチーズを入れて焼く。</li>



<li>コーンをバターで炒め醤油で味付けしたものを生地にまぜる。</li>



<li>青のりを生地にまぜる。</li>



<li>焼いたいも餅に黒蜜ときな粉をかける。</li>

<p>いも餅はアレンジも豊富ですが、焼いてそのまま食べるシンプルな味わいも格別。<br><br>素材のやさしい甘みと、ねっとりとした食感をしっかり楽しめます。</p>



<p>おやつにもおつまみにもぴったりで、アレンジ次第で楽しみ方もいろいろ広がります。</p>



<p>ひとつずつラップで包んで保存袋に入れれば、冷凍保存も可能。作り置きしておくと便利です。</p>
