<p>１．炊飯釜にマーガリンを薄く塗り、<br>　　その上に砂糖を適量まぶして<br>　　皮を剥いた甘夏を並べます。<br></p>

<p>２．ボウルに牛乳、卵、残りの砂糖、<br>　　米油を入れて混ぜます。<br>　　その後にホットケーキミックスを<br>　　加えて全体を混ぜ合わせ、<br>　　最後に刻んだ甘夏を加えて、<br>　　全体をさっくりと混ぜ合わせます。</p>

<p>３．混ぜた生地を炊飯釜に入れて、<br>　　３回ほど軽く落とし<br>　　空気抜きをしてから炊飯器に<br>　　セットし、スイッチオン。<br>　　普通炊きで炊きます。</p>

<li>バターをマーガリンで、グラニュー糖を上白糖にして作りました。<br>色々とこだわるのならバターが良いと思いますが、<br>マーガリンでも、じゅうぶんです。<br><br></li>



<li>上白糖は「さっくり」、グラニュー糖は「しっとり」仕上がる感じが<br>しますが、この簡単ケーキではどちらを使っても問題ないです。<br><br></li>



<li>卵と牛乳は、先によく混ぜてください。<br><br></li>



<li>甘夏の大きさや生地の固さで牛乳の量は若干変わります。<br><br></li>



<li>炊飯釜へ生地を入れた後の空気抜きを忘れると、<br>生地に気泡が残ってしまいます。<br>抜きすぎてしまうと膨らみが弱くなるので気を付けてください。<br><br></li>



<li>膨らみやすく、やわらかくするために生地の中に入れる油は、<br>サラダ油や溶かしバター、オリーブオイルでも良いです。<br><br></li>



<li>一つずつラップに包んで冷凍保存も出来ます。</li>
